There have been so many experiences over the last few years that have had a lasting impact on me. Here are a few.


2014

Started at University of Toronto

Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering. This was the start of a character defining experience.

Finalist at Accelerator Case Competition

Developed a business model for 3D printed dental moulds. This kickstarted my interest in tech.

2017

Joined Procter & Gamble in Toronto

I was on the supply chain team focused on making improvements to P&Gs $30 billion North American supply chain.

    My highlights:

  • Successfully implemented a self-initiated gamification project to improve tester engagement and gather data on tester performance; work recognized by Director in Germany.

  • Led a global team responsible for testing major updates to P&G’s North American supply chain network.

  • Collaborated with business and technical teams to automate testing of the order management tool which would reduce testing time from 3 months to 2 weeks per year.

2018

Winner of Accenture FinTech Competition

Proposed a winning strategy for how a bank can transition from physical to digital banking. You can view our winning strategy here.

2018

Joined the Poirier Group

Dove into the world of management consulting. Clients included a steel fabricator in Hamilton and healthcare client in Toronto.

    My highlights:

  • Increased profits for steel fabricator by 20%, by implementing Lean Six Sigma practices to improve tool management, procurement and warehousing.

  • Developed a data reconciliation tool that saved healthcare client over 18 hours/week.

  • Worked directly with CEO David Poirier to scope new target industries and define company strategy.

Joined Setter in San Francisco

This was a trajectory defining experience! I was in charge of running field operations for our Bay Area market which was our largest and saw annual GMV of $1.8 million.

    My highlights:

  • Launched a Field Operations team in the Philippines consisting of 6 associates, resulting in cost to serve to dollars sold ratio improving by 172%.

  • Implemented a collections process that resulted in collection of $250,000 worth of outstanding invoices.

  • Collaborated with the product team to drive user research and help develop our HomeHub app for homeowners.

Joined Microsoft

Landed my long-time goal of getting into Product Management.

Launched first public facing feature
